Smoked Dulse Carrot Spread

Serves 46


1 cup carrot pulp or grated carrot
1/3 cup chopped smoked dulse
4 tsp nori granules
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp minced celery
1/8 tsp grated ginger
tsp lemon juice
1/3 to cup soy mayonnaise


Mix all the ingredients together, adding the mayonnaise last. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if desired.
