Dummus (from sprouted garbanzo beans)

Adapted from Conscious Eating by Gabriel Cousens, M.D.

Ingredients

2 cups hummus made from sprouted garbanzo beans*
1 handful of dulse

Method

Soak and drain the dulse and blend into the hummus.

Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, strips of bell pepper or your favorite vegetables.

*Dr. Cousens makes his hummus from sprouted, not cooked, garbanzo beans.
