Sea Slaw
Serves 3
Ingredients
1 cup carrot, finely grated
1/3 cup tofu, drained and mashed
1/3 cup scallions, finely diced
1/3 cup celery, finely diced
¼ cup dulse flakes
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp mustard powder
½ cup soy mayonnaise
Method
Mix and serve over lettuce or sprouts, or in a pita pocket.
