Zucchini Dulse Julienne

Ingredients

4 small zucchinis, cut into matchstick pieces
½ cup dulse, cut into bite size pieces
1 scallion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed

Dressing

6 Tbsp red wine (or apple cider vinegar)
½ tsp kelp granules Sea Seasonings
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley

Method

Mix ingredients, toss with dressing and chill.
