Dulse Sprout Salad
Serves 4–6
Ingredients
½ cup dulse, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups of your favorite sprouts
¼ cup scallions, chopped
¼ cup red pepper, diced
½ stalk celery, diced
¼ cup avocado, chopped
Dressing
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp tamari
Method
Mix ingredients, toss with dressing and serve. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
