Dulse Olive Tapenade

Serves 2–3

Ingredients

2 to 3 cloves of garlic
One 6 oz can pitted black olives, drained
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup Dulse Flakes

Method

In a food processor, chop garlic, add olives, oil and process to coarse chop.

Or prepare by squeezing garlic in a press and hand chopping the olives very fine, then stir in the olive oil and dulse.
