Mediterranean Salad with Dulse

Serves 4

Ingredients

Dressing

1/3 cup safflower oil
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp Kelp Granules or Kelp w/Cayenne Sea Seasonings
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Salad

3 to 4 citrus fruits, peeled and chunked
1 cup dulse, rinsed and drained
Bed of salad greens
Rings of raw purple onion for garnish

Method

1. Toss the fruits with the dulse and dressing.

2. Marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Arrange on salad greens and top with the onion
