Dulse Chips
Adapted from Conscious Eating by Gabriel Cousens, M.D.
Ingredients
2 oz dulse, or one whole Maine Coast Dulse package
¼ to ½ tsp cayenne
Method
1. Soak and rinse dulse, and mix with cayenne.
2. Put in a dehydrator for about four hours at 118° Fahrenheit.
