Dulse Sprout Salad
Serves 4–6
Ingredients
1 cup dulse, cut into bite size pieces
4 cups of your favorite sprouts
½ cup sliced scallions
½ cup red peppers
1 stalk celery, sliced
½ cup chopped avocado (or 1 small avocado)
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp tamari
Method
1. Combine all of the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
2. Note: If you rinse the dulse before chopping, reduce amount of dulse to ½ to 2/3 cup.
