Dummus
Adapted from Conscious Eating by Gabriel Cousens, M.D.
Ingredients
2 cups hummus*
1 handful of dulse
Method
Soak and drain the dulse and blend into the humus.
*Dr. Cousins makes his hummus from sprouted, not cooked, garbanzo beans.
