Avocado Spread with Applewood Smoked Dulse
Mash or blend ripe avocados.
Add dairy or soy sour cream to lighten.
Add a bit of lemon juice to hold the color.
Serve on crackers and top with pieces of Applewood Smoked Dulse.
Dulse is easily scissor–snipped, or you can use a blender for a less uniform size.
